The Application Process
Thank you for your interest in Evangel Classical Christian School. We have applications available for you to pick up at the school, or you can download all the forms you need on this web site. Remember that if you need assistance at any time, you can call the school at 205-216-0149. Mrs. Kristi Blackwell, our Admissions Director, will be happy to help you through the application process.
Enrollment Dates
Open Enrollment began March 1 and will continue through the summer.
Enroll now, as several Grammar School classes are at or near capacity already.
Summer office hours are 9:00-3:00.
The Waiting List
One of the first steps for families interested in enrolling a child in ECCS is to place the child’s name on our waiting list. While putting your child’s name on the waiting list does not ensure a spot in the desired class, it does allow for consideration of your child’s application, either as a priority or non-priority student, in the order in which your Waiting List form was received by ECCS. To place your child on the waiting list, simply fill out the waiting list form and return it to the school along with the non-refundable $50.00 fee. (Should your child be accepted, the $50.00 fee that you paid to be put on the waiting list is deducted from your $400.00 new student fee.)

After the school receives the completed application and your child has been evaluated for proper grade placement, we will contact you to arrange a parent interview with a board member.
Application / New Student Fees
In order for your application to be considered complete, your $400.00 new student fee must be paid. If your child is not accepted to ECCS, $350.00 will be refunded to you. (There is a $1,000.00 family maximum on this fee.)
