Faculty & Staff

The Lord has truly blessed ECCS with an outstanding faculty consisting of highly trained, competent, compassionate, and dedicated individuals who are dedicated in to the school and its mission, but most importantly, to our students. Our thirty faculty members have over three hundred years of combined classroom experience, with over 100 of those in classical education. The men and women on the ECCS faculty are truly experts in their fields who love what they do, and their enthusiasm is contagious. After observing classrooms, we often have parents express that they wish they could come back to school as well.

The administration and faculty at ECCS is also remarkably stable. While we have added many new faculty and staff members as the school has grown since its inception in the year 2000, we have had no administrative turnover, and our faculty retention rate has been over 90% for the past five years. Truly ECCS is a great place to learn and to work!

Administration

When Evangel was founded in the year 2000, Mrs. Pam McKee was tapped to become the first ECCS Principal, and she has been at the helm of ECCS ever since.  Though staff members have been added as the school has grown, the Lord has blessed us with no administrative turnover since the inception of the school.  The stability that Mrs. McKee's leadership has provided has been essential to the success of our school, setting the tone for the entire faculty and administrative and support staff members.
