Faculty & Staff
The
Lord has truly blessed ECCS with an outstanding faculty consisting of
highly trained, competent, compassionate, and dedicated individuals who
are dedicated to the school and its mission, but most importantly, to
our students. Our thirty faculty members have over three hundred years
of combined classroom experience, with over 100 years of those in classical education.
The men and women on the ECCS faculty are truly experts in their fields
who love what they do, and their enthusiasm is contagious. After
observing classrooms, we often have had parents express that they wish
they could come back to school as well.
The
administration and faculty at ECCS is also remarkably stable. While we
have added many new faculty and staff members as the school has grown
since its inception in the year 2000, we have had no administrative
turnover, and our faculty retention rate has been over 90% for the
